Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since your item was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Due to hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened and unused. Items must also be in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@unicosmetics.com You will need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@unicosmetics.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at hello@unicosmetics.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable — if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

For higher-value items, you may want to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
