Where do you ship?
At launch, we ship to European Union countries and the United Kingdom. We are working on international expansion — sign up for our newsletter to stay informed. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on weight and destination, and will be calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times vary by country, but generally take between 3 and 7 business days within the European Union.
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene standards, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused products within 10 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us at hello@unicosmetics.com.
My order arrived damaged or incomplete. What should I do?
